Transition to Healthy Eating
In this series, we begin by eliminating foods from our diets that are not beneficial to us.
We make gradual changes in our eating habits, behaviors & lifestyle. With new awareness & making conscious choices, we notice our energy level increase and the quality of our life improve.

Transformation Challenge Classes
At the first class, we gather together to clarify our intentions, create a vision and plan for our personal transformation challenge. We will take a look at all areas of our lives to help us create a personalized itinerary, making new daily habits and establishing goals for ourselves. Focus, balance and a greater connection to ourselves is achieved over the course of this series.

Healthy Revolution-Lifestyle Transition Classes
The purpose of these classes is to help us make real and lasting changes in the areas of our lives where we feel we have been stuck.
Through a series of exercises and questions & practices, we will determine these areas and a course of actions we can take to affect positive changes.

Raw Food Prep Classes
We change the menu each class and show you how easy it is to prepare nutritious meals and be creative and inspired using raw fruits, vegetables, nuts etc.
